Includes: One 60-minute assessment and six 30-minute follow-up sessions.

EMPOWERED EATING JOURNEY

Tired of food guilt and mixed messages? This program helps you break free from diets, reconnect with your body’s needs, and build a peaceful relationship with food—without shame or restriction. Learn to trust yourself and eat in a way that truly supports your well-being.
 
Includes: Two 60-minute sessions per month with a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor.

Meet Heather

I created Behind the Plate because of my passion for 1:1 nutrition counselling and body image coaching.

Early in my work as a dietitian, I realized that I had a passion for nutrition counselling, which led me to start my private practice.

Six years later, I’ve been able to help more individuals than ever before on their intuitive eating journey. I take a collaborative, judgment-free, non-diet approach to nutrition.

I work in partnership with my clients to help them achieve their health goals.
