Is our Prenatal Package right for you?

Our Prenatal Support Package is designed to guide you through each phase of pregnancy, from planning to delivery, with personalized nutrition support that evolves with you.​

What's Included:

You’ll start with a 60-minute initial session to dive into your goals, health history, and priorities.

From there, we’ll meet for six 30-minute follow-ups spaced throughout your pregnancy, offering tailored advice, symptom support, and a chance to talk through whatever’s on your mind - including nausea, cravings, supplements, meal ideas, and more.

You’ll also receive resources such as: dietitian-made information sheets, recipes, meal ideas and more!​​

Complete Your Intake Forms

Once you're booked in, you'll receive a consent form and detailed intake questionnaire. These help us understand your goals and history so we can make the most of our time together.

Attend Your Initial Assessment

In our first session, we’ll get to know you, your values, and the challenges you're facing. This is a space for us to listen and learn. We’ll ask questions, gather information, and provide a few starter recommendations to get you going.

Step 4
Continue With Follow-Ups

Every 2-3 weeks, we’ll meet again to build on your progress, explore any challenges, and adjust strategies together. You’ll leave each session with more clarity, confidence, and practical next steps.
