The Jumpstart package can take 2-3 months, which is the best way to start forming new habits.
We start with a 60-minute initial assessment, during which we take the time to understand your history, needs, and daily life. This is a collaborative, judgment-free space, and you’ll leave with a few actionable steps to get started right away.
After your initial assessment, you’ll have individualized recommendations to get started with.
At each 30-minute assessment, we’ll check on your goals, discuss what’s going well vs what’s not to help you achieve your goal!
You’ll also receive resources such as: dietitian-made information sheets, recipes, meal ideas and more!
