How it Works

1. Profile Created

As a virtual practice we use an online platform for almost everything. This is where virtual sessions are held, and your information safely stored.

3. Initial Consultation

This 60-minute session is where forms are reviewed, and clients can share their unique story with their relationship with food. This is where goals and a follow up plan is created.

2. Fill out Forms

You will fill out a consent form and detailed questionnaire which includes personal, medical and nutrition information. Some clients are also asked to record a 3-day food journal prior to the first session.

4. Follow Up

These sessions are either 60 or 30 minutes depending on the nature of the sessions. Check-in’s typically occur every 2-3 weeks.



If you have private health insurance you may be covered for a registered dietitian!

When you sign up for a program you get to take advantage of the following perks:

Prenatal Yoga with Laptop


One 60-minute and six 30-minute follow-ups over the course of your pregnancy. This program is perfect for those in the family planning stage all the way up to the second and third trimesters.

This is a six-month relationship with food intensive. This program includes two 1-hour sessions per month. This program is guided by principles of Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating, Health at Every Size and Body Neutrality to help you redesign your relationship with food
